Building a Brand Through Photos

I recently had the pleasure of working with local mom and full-time UGC (User-Generated Content) creator Emily M! She’s building a new website and wanted high-quality photos to represent herself and her personal brand. I offered a free branding session to help build my portfolio, and she was all in!

Studio Fun in Downtown Cleveland

Since I only shoot on-location or in nature, she rented a studio space in downtown Cleveland for two hours to give her session the bright, creamy vibe she was going for. It was complete with backdrops, props, furniture and TONS of natural light. From start to finish, it was a blast! We experimented with a variety of outfits, settings, and props to create images that truly captured her personality and professional style.

One thing I love about branding photography is remembering that sometimes the product is you. If you’re offering a service, your photos are often the first impression potential clients will see. A week or so later after receiving her photos, Emily said she was obsessed and even called me her “branding girl for life.” That’s the kind of reaction I love to see!!
